All of our onsite service is billed on an hourly basis. 

For our Standard Service we charge $140 per hour, billed at a 1 hour minimum and at 1/4 hour increments after the first hour (Monday thru Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM) within a 25 mile range.  Remote Service (available after an onsite visit and we've become more familiar with your configuration) is billed in 1/4 hour increments with a minimum 1/4 hour charge.  Our standard service includes:

  • Setting up new computers
  • Installing Applications/Updates
  • Assisting with Time Machine, Time Capsule, or Cloud Based Backups
  • Data Migration
  • And much, much more. 

For any work involving setting up or supporting a Server or SAN, we charge $180 per hour (Monday thru Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).  

Please contact us if you require service after-hours or on weekends/holidays.  After-hours and weekend/holiday availability is not guaranteed and subject to availability of our consultants.
